This week I have been working on Flash quite a bit, and decided to come up with a couple of characters to make an animation or two out of. Basically it’s the lives of two blobby looking things called Bob and Steve. I decided that making a little mini-series of them might give me more practice at Flash. If you watch it please remember that it is my first real try at putting something a little complex together in Flash. Anyway…I hope you like it.
It’s been an eventful week here. Work has been non-stop and and I’ve been working a lot more on learning flash, I’m actually trying to make something in Flash for my web site, as I’m now getting some content for the site together…finally!! I can also walk, not very far mind you, but I can limp places. I still have to go to work and town in the wheel chair though, which isn’t very nice but eventually I will walk good again. Right…back to doing Flash…
I have finally managed to get a shoe on my poorly foot-I still can’t walk but for the last few days I’ve had water on my joints which has now gone down soo much that I can wear a shoe!!!! yay! It feels quite comfortable and doesn’t hurt like I thought it would. Walking next….can’t wait…..
I went to hospital today…the cast is gone, although I’m having this strange feeling about it…it’s like an old friend has gone!!! My leg hurts though, it’s swollen and sore and I can’t walk on it. I can lean weight on it but only very little, I suppose it’s better than nothing!! Hope I can walk soon.
Went to London, did the work thing we had to do. It was an excellent experience overall. We had a really good night at the hotel. It was a really smart place, except that the disabled access wasn’t wonderful, so we didn’t go out on the evening. We dined at the hotel, in their restaurant, the food was amazing (and expensive). We also had some free drinks vouchers, so once the over-charge of these drinks was taken off, the bill was brought back down to double figures….hehe!!! (Yes, it was THAT expensive…there were only 3 of us having this meal!!) Just a bit of a shame that I ended up with some food poisoning. I’m not at work today cos I’m feeling real rough.
